Join Alia Nassef, personal chef, as she demonstrates simple techniques to making your own delicious, nutritious, gourmet baby food!
An economical, and healthy alternative to store bought purées, making your own food is both very rewarding and extremely beneficial to your child on many levels.
Teaching your child how to enjoy a variety of flavours and textures right from the start, creates good eating habits for life.
During this presentation, Alia will demonstrate, step by step how to make six wonderful dishes for your little one. She will also provide you with loads of great tips and tons of easy recipes, as well as samples to take home!

combined.
On July 9th, C PERSONNEL, in collaboration with THE BIG BLUE HUG, held and catered its first autism fundraiser.
It was a beautiful sunny afternoon; we all met on the South Shore, to enjoy drinks, hors d’oeuvres and great company

The goal of this small gathering was to raise funds for a family, who have a child living with autism. The family was chosen through a nomination process by Alia Nassef (from C PERSONNEL) and Jason Goldsmith (THE BIG BLUE HUG).
Having an autistic child themselves, Alia and Jason can really relate to the struggles any family would have to deal with, when faced with a diagnosis of
autism. Their goal through this fund raiser was to lend a helping hand to a deserving family, and let them know that they are not alone.
The afternoon began with drinks and a sale of Jason’s art and Alia’s gourmet treats!

Later on, Alia served her hors d’oeuvres while Jason sold raffle tickets.

A great opportunity to meet and share with other parents!
